What to Send for a Work Anniversary (That Isn't a Plaque)

The work anniversary might be the most quietly important date on your calendar, and the most consistently fumbled.
Someone has given your company another full year. They've shown up, solved problems, carried projects, and chosen to stay when they had other options. And the standard way we mark that is, what, a generic email? A plaque that goes in a drawer? A gift card that feels like it came from a vending machine?
