The Armadillo
Start with a Modelo in a can, barely pop the tab raising it without opening the can. Hit the top with Lime juice, a dash of salt, and a splash of hot sauce, then pop the top. Everything rushes in and it's time to get to work.

In a small pitcher, muddle the mint, simple syrup, rum and lime wedges together. pide between 4 glasses. Fill each glass half way with ice and then pour over 1/2 cup of sweet tea into each glass. Top with a little sparkling water, give it a stir, garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy!
